A Perfect Bloom--La Dama de la Noche 2008

This image of a double-flowering night-blooming cereus flower, La Dama de la Noche, was taken about two weeks ago. It is one of the most beautiful specimens of this plant's blooms that I have seen since my plant matured enough to bloom a few years back. Note the detail of the stamen and pistils inside the flower.
