Turkish Delicacies....Yum!!!!!!!!!

You may know about me that I love ethnic foods of all kinds. One restaurant that has been consistently excellent is located in Cary, North Carolina, on North Harrison Avenue. It is called Bosphorus, and the food is fantabulous.

I highly recommend the falafel as an appetizer and any of the kabobs that are offered. The experience begins with homemade "pita-like" bread with an oil and diced pepper dipping sauce. You can then choose from a selection of other Turkish dishes to make your meal complete. Don't forget the desserts at the end, complimented with Turkish coffee. Be sure to say hello to Onor, the ebulliant head-waiter.

If you have never eaten Turkish food, be adventurous and visit Bosphorus for a delightful meal.
