Do you Dim Sum?

Dim Sum is described as "chinese breakfast" by some, although the restaurant serves their traditional delicacies between 11am and 2:30pm on weekends. You can also order these treats during the week, but it is more fun to visit on weekends when carts of food are rolled out to your table and you can pick and choose what you like. Among my favorites are shrimp and vegetable dumplings, turnip cakes, roast pork, baked pork buns, eggplant stuffed with shrimp in black bean sauce and fried tofu.
It is a good idea to convince friends to join you. Each of the dishes is served with a set number of servings, so going alone can lead to overeating just to sample everything. Besides, bringing friends adds to the experience, allowing one to enjoy good food with good conversation and fellowship. Please tell Sam and Sanlee that I sent you.
It is a good idea to call for reservations for larger groups, and be warned that like any good restaurant, the crowd builds quickly. If you can get in by 11:00am, there is often no significant wait.
Enjoy on my recommendation. I think you will find the experience quite pleasurable.
