Sunday Morning Hummingbirds

These are a few shots of a mature female hummingbird feeding at my home on 19 August 2007. In the last shot, a younger, immature bird appears. It is difficult to say whether the youngster is male or female as it is too young yet for the bright red plummage of a male's neck to grow in.
