Confederate Daisy

I am not sure what these plants are, but I suspect they are primroses. If you know, please leave me a comment. (Editor's note: I have since learned that this is known as "Green and Gold" or "Confederate Daisy."

Definitely not a primrose, but I'm not sure what it actually is. Pretty.

My friend Joseph of Durham, who has one of the most beautiful gardens in this area, identified this plant as a "green and gold" or Confederate Daisy of the asteracene family. You can view it here at <"Green and Gold">.

Hi. I think that might be a winter aconite. I also love your johnny-jump-ups. I've got a bunch I grew from seed. What lovely little flowers.
I hope you're feeling well, Ron. You have an interesting web site.

Best,

Julie
