Musical Interlude

Oboe
goose
woefully calling
to autumn moons
Mandolin
sweet songbird
seeking company
and fiddle
pitches falling and rising
like an eagle in flight
then banging
drums
deep, droning, deafening
herds stampeding and
saxophone
sexy thing
beckoning
guitar and piano
dancing
all together now.
Warbled voice
includes the words
of a poet and
finishes with a splash of
accordion
for continental flair.
Parfait!
