Happy Birthday, Change of Shift Nursing Blog Carnival

I received a note today from Kim McAllister, founder of the Change of Shift Nursing Blog Carnival. Change of Shift is celebrating its first anniversary with its current edition hosted by Beth at PixelRN. Please join me in congratulating Kim and all those who have contributed to this blog carnival over the last year. As you know, the International Carnival of Pozitivities (ICP) just celebrated the completion of Year One with its 12th issue, so you might say that our carnivals are somewhat like twins. I think this is a win-win situation for the healthcare providers and the people that they serve.
