May Blooms

The first blooms of my yellow Japanese Irises, 6 May 2005.

The sole white peony bloom this year.

White Siberian Irises. These seem happy, but my purples ones are not. They may not be blooming this year.

The first of my lillies to bloom....a beautiful deep reddish orange variety.

An impressionist-like landscape from my home.

Namaste!
Ron,
I can't believe you got a piece of China in your home! Peonies...!
You're a so lucky boy! It makes me want to go there to see them! And the japanese irises...you guy are killing me (in a good sense)!
Many spring flowers to you,
Paula
you guy are killing me too! ;)
i think peonies may be my favorite flower...there appearance is so fleeting and luxurious- they make me feel greedy. i think i'll venture over to the abandoned house on the next block after dark and gather a handful to cheer up this half-packed house.
i'm enjoying your "virtual" (to me) garden.
